Interstate Highway (IH) 35 in La Salle County is closed at mile marker (MM) #48 due to a truck-tractor semi-trailer (TTST) that is on fire.  Traffic has been rerouted onto the eastbound access road.   The TTST was carrying water and no injuries have been reported.  Information about the closure was provided by the State of Texas State Operations Center (SOC).
Please slow down, drive with extreme caution and follow all detours.

LAREDO, TX – Guardrail repair work on IH 35 southbound between mile markers #27-28, today, Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 11 AM-4 PM. A right mainlane closure of southbound IH 35 will be in effect.
