Was Shakespeare Really the Author?

(Laredo, Tx)-It’s been written that all the world’s a stage…but is it possible that the man who wrote these and other immortal words, William Shakespeare, was NOT the author?
TONIGHT Monday, Feb. 6 at 6:30 p.m. ”Shakespeare: A Cross Examination” by guest lecturer Bonner Miller Cutting will be presented in the Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Theatre.

TAMIU-SBDC Offers Business Plan Workshop Friday

 The Texas A&M International University Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC) will sponsor several workshops during the month of January.
            Friday, January 27: Anatomy of a Business Plan Workshop is from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. at the TAMIU Western Hemispheric Trade Center, room 126.  Fee for the seminar is $20, and each participant receives Linda Pinzon’s “Anatomy of a Business Plan: a Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Business and Securing your Company’s Future,” a $50 value. Local, Area Students Attend TAMIU STEM Day Friday

(Laredo, Tx)-More than 200 local and area middle and high school students will have the opportunity to explore careers in science at the Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Day Friday, Jan. 27 from 9:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the TAMIU Lamar Bruni Science Center and Planetarium.

TAMIU to Recognize LISD, UISD Seniors Accepted for Fall Semester

TAMIU Offers Spanish Dance Techniques Course Benefiting Scholarships

(Laredo, Tx)-A chance to learn the intricacies of Spanish Dance while supporting student scholarships will be offered this Fall at Texas A&M International University.

University to Observe Martin Luther King Holiday Monday, Classes Start Tuesday

 Texas A&M International University offices will be closed in a State-authorized observance of Martin Luther King Day on Monday, Jan. 16, 2012.
            University offices will reopen and classes for the Spring Semester 2012 will begin Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 8 a.m. 
            Registration for the Spring Semester is underway online at tamiu.edu.  Late registration ends Monday, Jan. 23, 2012.

TAMIU Registration On, Fees Due Thursday

Registration for the Spring 2012 semester is currently underway at Texas A&M International University. The Spring 2012 schedule is available 24/7 at http://schedule.tamiu.edu.
 All tuition and fees are due Thursday, Jan. 12 for the Spring 2012 semester. A $50 late fee will be assessed to students registering and/or paying after this date.
 University offices close Monday, Jan. 16, 2012, in a State-authorized observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Officeswill reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 17, for the first day of Spring 2012 classes at the University.
