Navidad En El Barrio

      Council Member Juan Narvaez, District IV, Council Member Gene Belmares, District VI, Webb County Constable Rudy Rodriguez, Pct. 1will distribute toys to 1,000 Webb County children
on Tuesday, December 16, 2008  9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Laredo Entertainment Center, 6700  Arena Boulevard

 These three public servants are giving back because they want to make an impact in these children’s lives.  Navidad en el Barrio, now in its 3rd year, was started by Constable Rodriguez in an effort to make Christmas merrier for Laredo’s neediest children.

Students from LISD and UISD schools will each receive five gifts from Santa Claus, while they enjoy music and entertainment.  They will also be treated to lunch.
