JORGE ALBERT LOZOYA TURNS HIMSELF IN TO POLICE BY: OFFICER ABRAHAM DIAZ On Friday, September 5, 2008 at approximately 7:30 AM, a male subject who had a Warrant for his arrest turned himself into Police Authorities. The warrant stems from a theft of over $35,000.00 dollars worth of steel from a local warehouse. Jorge Alberto Lozoya Age 38 The male subject was then transported to the Webb County Jail where bond was set at $50,000.00 dollars by J.P. Hector Liendo.
