Tim McCoy Barton, date of birth 10/31/1983, is wanted for (3) counts of Deadly Conduct, warrant # 7999, which occurred on 07-31-08 in the Los Obispos Subdivision. McCoy is also wanted for questioning in a second deadly conduct which occurred on 08-26-08 in the same area. Barton should be accompanied by his girlfriend Laura Gutierrez, date of birth 08/03/1985, who is also wanted for questioning in the above mentioned offenses. McCoy, who is also known as "South Side", was last seen in the Los Obispos area in a blue Chevrolet Silverado.
