Alexander Band Students Perform and Win at Competition

Courtesy Yvette Treviño,(Laredo, Texas)-On January 27, 2018 the John B. Alexander Bulldog Band traveled to Texas Education Color Guard Association (TECA) competition at Medina Valley High School. With over 45 groups of musicians performing, Alexander’s 4 Auxiliary Ensembles performed and competed in the event, each placing in their category.
The Percussion Theater brought home 1st place
The Indoor Performance Ensemble brought home 1st place.
The Avante Guard B brought home 5th place.
The Avante Guard A brought home 3rd place.
