Author Adam Gidwitz Visits UISD Middle Schools

(Laredo, Texas)-Childeren’s Author Adam Gidwitz visited three UISD campuses to share and discuss his writing techniques with students. Gidwitz visited Trautmannn Middle School, Trautmann 6th Grade campus and Washington Middle School during the week of February 20.
Gidwitz is best known as the author of 2016’s “The Inquisitors Tale” and classic works such as “A Tale Dark and Grimm”, which was named New York Times Editor’s Choice and Publishers Weekly Best Children’s Book of the Year in 2010. Gidwitz is a native of San Francisco, and currently teaches in Brooklyn N.Y.
