LAREDO, TX – Both IH 35 southbound main lanes were reopened at 1 a.m. this morning after a one lane closure of southbound IH 35 occurred at mile marker #57 in La Salle County due to a tractor trailer that caught fire last evening at approximately 8 p.m.
