Laredo Pony League City Recognition

(Laredo, Texas)-The Laredo Pony League Baseball were honored at last Monday’s City Council Meeting. The league had enormous success this season even making it to the 2016 World Series tournament. The success is truly one that involved collaboration and effort from the parents of the kids in the teams to the City that wholeheartedly supported the league and its efforts. The Laredo Pony League Director Richard Rosas said the city’s economy also benefitted from the leagues local tournaments which drew in hundreds of teams into Laredo Businesses and Hotels during the visits. The teams had a great season and the City would like to congratulate the players, organizers and their parents for a job well done.
