6th Annual Summer Camp Certificate Presentation

(Laredo, Texas)-Webb County Commissioner Jaime Canales will be presenting certificates of completion for area kids enrolled in Week 3 of the 6th Annual Educational Summer Camp Program. The program is free of charge and includes meals for all participants. This year’s theme has been making sure children are “WILD ABOUT ACADEMICS”.
The presentation of certificates will be held on Friday, July 22nd at 1:15pm at the Lily Perez Community Center located on 4420 Santa Maria Ave.
Week 4 of the summer camps will continue from July 25th through July 29th at the Fred & Anita Bruni Community Center from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The camps are open to all kids, ages 6 to 10, but children must be registered to attend. Space is limited and is on a first-come first-served basis. Registration is at the office of Webb County Commissioner Jaime Canales located at 1000 Houston St., 1st floor. The office is open Monday-Friday. For more information call 956-523-4652.
