(Laredo, Texas)-The Trustees of the Lamar Bruni Vergara, Mr. J.C. Martin III, and Mr. James Pearl recently visited and toured the Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center. The trustees were able to verify and see first-hand their grant allocations to the Center at work. At the end of the tour the trustees were presented with an appreciation plaque (a small token) for their very generous and continuous support throughout the years.
