United ISD Police Department Welcomes Ten Police Officers to Force

(Laredo, Tx)-UISD Police Department is pleased to announce the swearing-in of ten peace officers that have joined the UISD Police Department and will be serving this 2014-2015 School Year!
The UISD Police Department continues their commitment and dedication to the safety and welfare of all students, staff, and visitors of the district. “United ISD is the first Police department in the nation that assigns a Police Officer to every elementary Campus, Said Chief of Police Camarillo.”
The elementary campus Police Officers are positive mentors and role models to our students and will enhance safety awareness by conducting classroom presentations of prevention and safety.
