LAREDO, Tx – Effective immediately February 21, 2012 until 6 p.m., Star Operations will be placing traffic delineators on southbound Loop 20, inside lane center-median island at Winfield St. No lanes will be closed. Motorists should slow down and use extreme caution while keeping a watchful eye for work crews.
Please observe all advance warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
