(Laredo, Tx)-The City of Laredo added another Mexican city to its roster of Sister Cities when representatives from the City of Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon came to Laredo to sign the agreement. Joining City of Laredo Mayor were City of Cerralvo Mayor Jose Estevan Quintanilla and City of Laredo Dist. VI Council Member Charlie San Miguel and City Secretary Gustavo Guevara, as well as from Cerralvo (left to right): Roberto Salazar; Miss Earth Nuevo Leon Leslie Garcia; Jorge Gonzalez; Miss Tourism Reyna Isamar Olivares; Olga Nelly Esteli, Pres, DIF; and Rosa Ana Garcia Salazar.
