Four Indicted for Murder

A grand jury indicted Jose Ricardo Flores, Mario Alberto Velazquez and Juan Carlos Mariscal for the murder of Gustavo “Brandon” Benavides. Each of the four defendants are charged with one count of Murder and each of the four are also charged with one count of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The four are accused of having intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Benavides by shooting him with a firearm on or about the 10th day of December, 2010. The grand jury that indicted the four did so, in the 341st District Court. The trial will be held, however, in the 111th District Court. The court will determine the next court setting for the four defendants.

Even if he was a snitch and ratted people to plea a bargain no one has the right to kill anyone, besides the four in the mugshots are probably doing the same by now ratting out all kinds of low level thugs its all a cycle once the criminals get busted they sing like canaries guilty as charged the jury should not have remorse for these cold blooded killers
If he was a snitch it was not out of the goodness of his heart or because he was an upstanding citizen. It is because he was busted for drugs and made a deal with the police and prosecutors to save his ass and get a suspended sentence in exchange for ratting out the big time dealers, the ones he bought his drugs from.
