A routine traffic stop leads to the seizure of 4 million dollars worth of Methamphetamines and Heroin. Last night, Thursday February 10, 2011, an LPD patrol officer conducted a routine traffic stop on a Jeep Cherokee on Interstate 35 south bound lane at Mile Marker 3. The driver identified as Blanca Estela Abundez, , had several bundles in a black bag in the back seat of the vehicle.
