 LAREDO, TEXAS – U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced that Gene Garza will serve as Acting Director, Field Operations for Laredo Field Office and Joe Uribe will serve as Acting Port Director, Laredo Port of Entry.  Laredo, Tx – Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, January 11, 2011, Kansas City Southern will close the intersection of Santa Isabel and Washington, and the crossing of Viduarri, to repair part of the rail line in the area.  The closure will be in place for two days.
