Courtesy Eloy Vega, Laredo, Tx -The City of Laredo Solid Waste Services will have no garbage pickup on Friday, December 31, 2010 but Landfill and drop off center will be opened on Friday, December 31, 2010. Landfill and drop off center will be closed Saturday, January 1, 2011.
