AUSTIN – With an agency goal of improving air quality and a desire to reduce waste, cut costs and improve efficiency, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and their contractors have to get creative. The use of recycled or reclaimed materials, such as asphalt shingles or rubber tire scrap, in road building is one way to accomplish that goal.

Laredo, Texas (Webb County) - On Monday, November 15, 2010, at approximately 11 a.m., Webb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call at the 400 block of Rodriguez Street in El Cenizo, Texas. The complainant reported to Sheriff’s Deputies an alleged sexual assault to a minor. Deputies conducted an investigation that subsequently led to the arrest of Erick Reyes, 25 years of age, and Andres Cisneros, 22 years of age.
