Man Stabbed Near Ryan Elementary

On October 22nd at approx 9:00 p.m., Peter Dominguez, age 21, reported to police that he was walking with his girlfriend by Ryan Elementary when he came across a known person. Dominguez allegedly then began to have an argument with the man over a vehicle. Suddenly the known subject called several of his friend to meet him by Ryan Elementary. One black over gray Ford F-150 arrived at the scene within moments and several men got out of the truck and began to assault Dominguez. During the assault the known subject pulled out a knife and allegedly stabbed Dominguez on the right lower back once. The Crimes Against Persons division is conducting an ongoing investigation into this aggravated assault. There are no arrests at this time. Dominguez is reported as stable
