On October 22nd at approx 9:00 p.m., Peter Dominguez, age 21, reported to police that he was walking with his girlfriend by Ryan Elementary when he came across a known person. Dominguez allegedly then began to have an argument with the man over a vehicle. Suddenly the known subject called several of his friend to meet him by Ryan Elementary.
