Dear District 3 Residents:
I am Ricardo “Ricky” Hinojosa and I want to strengthen public services for all residents of District 3 who are already paying for them through taxes. We need a friend in Laredo’s City Council. A representative that has one’s interest at heart. One who understands what our needs are, I am a lifetime resident of our district. I have been involved in our district by helping those who are in need of help in our neighborhoods. Those who know me know that I have always had an open door policy at work or at home. I have been in the forefront in issues involving our district. You can be ASSURED that a vote for Rick “Ricky” Hinojosa will reflect a voice for all at council meetings.
Goals:
Improve Water Services, Holding the line on rate increases.
Stop Balancing of Budgets with Tax Increases
Enhance Police and Fire Protection
A More Transparent City Government

i’ll vote for hinojosa over landeck anyday what has he really done as councilman
I see Landeck’s image and the faces of other politicians on bus promotions stating they support public transit but I have never seen him or the others riding a bus.
landeck wants to ride the gravy train another four years without accomplishments galo left the table set and landeck ran with it taking credit for slaughter park ask him what he has really done in office
Ricardo Hinojosa has my vote anytime! I’ve known Mr. Ricardo Hinojosa all of my life. He is definitely the most qualified person to represent our district.
