Drug Enforcement Administration, conducted an investigation on a mechanic shop at the 8100 block of San Gabriel. Deputies developed information and an investigation was conducted regarding suspicious activity at this location. Upon arrival, Deputies observed a high volume of vehicular traffic and after approaching the shop they discovered several individuals on the property. As a result, 10 large bundles of marijuana weighing at over 700 pounds, was seized from the location. The marijuana had an estimated street value of $364,320. Deputies arrested the shop owner 44 year old, Artemio Lomas Torres, for Webb County jail. Bond was set at $800,000., felony 2. He was remanded to the
