– (CBP) officers at the Del Rio Port of Entry this morning apprehended a Monclova , Mexico man wanted on a Dallas-area warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child. The apprehension occurred on July 30, 2010 at the international bridge. A CBP officer referred a 2009 Chevy Traverse carrying passenger Victor Eduardo Villarreal Garcia, a 19-year-old male Mexican citizen from Villarreal Garcia’s identity and confirmed he had an from Tarrant County , Texas for aggravated sexual assault of a child. After confirming the warrant was active, CBP officers turned Villarreal Garcia over to the custody of Del Rio police officers for adjudication of the warrant. , for a secondary examination.
