At 5:44 a.m., on May 28, 2010 at the 3600 block of W. San Francisco a 911 call was made in reference to a domestic disturbance.  When Police Officers arrived they found a 14 yr. old girl lifeless, with several stab wounds.  Officers also found a 35 yr. old man also with stab wounds.  The man was still alive and was rushed to the LMC Hospital.  The case remains under investigation by the Robbery/ Homicide Detectives.  The circumstances of the case are still in the process of being confirmed.  It is believed preliminarily that the wounded man at the scene was the aggressor in this case and his wounds are believed to be self-inflicted.  The man has been under police guard at the LMC hospital while awaiting medical clearance.    On June 5, 2010 at 1:30 this afternoon Efrain Colindres, age 35, was arrested and charged with the Murder of 14 year old Ana Chavez.  He was being held under a one million dollar bond set by J.P. O. Liendo.
