Due to pending inclement weather from Hurricane Alex, the first annual Laredo Firefighters Association Manadas Trail 5 K Run & Volleyball Tournament, originally scheduled for this Saturday, July 3, 2010 at North Central Park, is being cancelled.  No word yet on rescheduling.

House Passes Bill to Help Pending Homebuyers
Washington, DC – Today, Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) helped pass the Homebuyers Assistance and Improvement Act to extend an important deadline to help eligible first-time homebuyers benefit from tax credits.
