Campbell “SpaghettiO’s”: The City of Laredo Health Department (CLHD) has received notification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of a recall of approximately 15,000,000 pounds of “Spaghetti Os” with Meatballs processed and canned by the Campbell Soup Supply Co. due to possible under-processing. Laredo, Texas (Webb County) – On Thursday, June 17, 2010, at approximately 12 noon, Webb County Sheriff’s Office Crime Stoppers Division responded to a call regarding illegal activity at a Motel on the 2500 block of Saunders. Upon arrival, Deputies discovered one bundle of marijuana along with 22 marijuana plastic baggies ready for distribution. The marijuana had a weight of 14.3 pounds at an approximate street value of $7,099. Arrested at the scene was Ruben Arce, 19, he was charged with possession of marijuana, felony 3.

(June 18th)-ROBSTOWN, TX-The Broncos (9-14) fell to the Thunder (8-14) in game one of the series 8-4 after allowing seven runs in the fifth inning. LHP Brian Buchanan (2-1) made his fifth start of the season in Coastal Bend.
