In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, all Webb County administrative offices will be closed Monday, May 31, 2010. 
The holiday closure includes the Webb County Tax Assessor Collector’s Office. 
The Webb County Sheriff’s Department will continue all services on its regular schedule.

 Earlier this year, Catholic schools across the country celebrated Catholic Schools Week.  One of the activities was participation in the national Catholic organization, Holy Cross Family Ministries’ annual art contest, open to all Catholic schools students from kindergarten to 12th grade.  This year’s 1st Place winner for kindergarten students was once again a student from St. Peter’s Memorial School:  6-year old John Bondoc, III.
