Courtesy Joe Baeza, Late this afternoon a Laredo Police officer stopped a white Ford F-250 at the intersection of Mines Rd. and San Lorenzo for a routine traffic violation. The truck with Tamaulipas plates was being driven by two Hispanic men. The officer noted that the men were acting nervous during the routine traffic stop.
