Courtesy Raul Leal, LAREDO – Due to unexpected circumstances the closure of IH 35 southbound mainlanes and IH 35 northbound outside lane closure were postponed to Monday-Tuesday of this coming week:  Weather permitting on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, Rosiek Construction will close IH 35
