Person of Interest Sought by Police

The Laredo Police Department Crimes Against Person Unit is looking for this subject for questioning in connection with the Murder that occurred at Bruni Plaza on February 7th, 2010. This person is approximately 25-35 years of age, brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’ 5” tall and wears a cloth pendant as seen on the composite. Information provided is that he rides a blue adult bicycle. He is known to frequent the west side of Laredo. The subject also has scratches to both arms and right hand.
