Domestic abuse is a serious crime in the Border Patrol agency. Drunk driving isn't but domestic issues can definitely get you fired. I feel for the female. Life sucks. If convicted, he will no longer be authorized to carry a firearm, therefore, he will be set up for termination. On the plus side, the Border Patrol will have gotten rid of a domestic abuser and should have one additional opening for the station and sector. Apply now!
