Permits, Regulations Required to Sell Valentines and other Holiday Treats

Laredo, TX—February 1, 2010—A long-standing tradition of selling holiday baskets or even offering other kinds of instant “roadside service” was clogging city streets, creating dangerous traffic and public health situations and also, undermining the proper way of conducting business in Laredo.

The Webb County Administrative Services Department is teaming up with the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center to hold a blood drive this Wednesday, February 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Billy Hall Jr. Administration Building. The drive will be held in conference room 1A located on the first floor at 1110 Washington Street.
The blood drive is open to the public.
