Norma Patricia Olguin was indicted by a Grand Jury of the 406th District Court on charges that include multiple counts of child abondanment and one count of sexual assualt. Norma Patricia Olguin is the mother of Katherine Cardenas who was two years old when she was found dead in September of 2009. José Eduardo Arredondo was arrested a month later in Nuevo Laredo as a suspect in the case.
