Courtesy Joe Baeza,  On Friday January 8, 2010 at approximately 12 p.m., members of the Laredo Police Department’s Narcotics Unit had reliable information that bundles of marijuana were being transported in a black Chevrolet Impala from south Laredo to North Laredo. Surveillance was immediately set up on the suspected vehicle.  The vehicle left a residence
