Courtesy Joe Baeza, On December 9th, at approximately 8:30 pm, Laredo Police Department CID CAPERS Division received information regarding a possible kidnapping of an unknown female. A subsequent investigation revealed that that a female victim was being held against her will at an unknown location. Detectives later discovered & identified a suspect and the location,
