Celebrate New Year’s Eve With The Bucks!!

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will host their eighth annual Westwind Homes New Year’s Eve Extravaganza Thursday night (Dec. 31st) when they host Corpus Christi at the Laredo Entertainment Center. LAREDO – On-going construction of the FM 1472 overpass (north and south direct connectors) at IH 35 project will require several lane closures and detours the week of December 28, 2009, weather permitting. Schedule follows:

Laredo Reads Christmas Story Time

The Laredo Reads Committee hosted a Christmas Story Time, where local librarians and members of the Laredo Reads Committee read children’s Christmas books aloud, while petition signatures were gathered from children and families sitting in the audience, as well as the busy Christmas shoppers who were more than eager to demonstrate support for a bookstore to come to Laredo, after B. TAMPA, FL – United Soccer Leagues announced the official alignment for the upcoming 2010 USL Premier Development League (PDL) season, unveiling the conference and divisions for the 68-team league.
 The conference and division alignments remain the same as 2009 with four conferences each containing two divisions of at least six teams. The clubs also remained relatively in place from their 2009 alignment with the exception of the Eastern Conference, which saw the three New Jersey clubs switch to the Mid Atlantic Division with four more northerly-based franchises entering the …
