Narcs Take in 130 lbs of Marijuana

On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, members of the Laredo Police Department’s Narcotics 
Division received information that marijuana was being stored at an apartment on the 2600 block of Ireland. Upon arrival at said location, Narcotics officers and LPD Patrol were encountered by several male subjects outside. Upon further investigation the seizure of 130 Lbs. of marijuana was discovered. Officers arrested Isidro Padilla-Martinez DOB: 11/20/1988, Reymundo Cerna DOB: 07/17/1990, Ruben Puente-Perez DOB: 12/04/1983, Carlos Gaona DOB: 11/03/1988 and one male juvenile. All were charged with Possession of Marijuana F/2 and remanded to the Webb County Jail except for the Juvenile who was remanded to the Webb County Juvenile Youth Village.
