Narcs Raid House Seize Pot

On Sunday November 22, 2009, Laredo Police Narcotics/Vice Unit received information that a large amount of marijuana was being stored at 4015 Bear Claw, Laredo Texas. 
Laredo Police Narcotics/Vice Unit assisted by ICE established surveillance at said location for several hours before a State Narcotic Search was obtained. Upon entering the residence, officers found several bundles of marijuana weighing approximately 241 lbs. Mario Alejandro Sanchez-Ovalle DOB: 02-10-1977 and Jose Antonio Navarro-Sanchez DOB: 6/2/1975 were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana F/2. Both Subjects were read their Miranda Warnings and transported to the Laredo Police Department where they were booked and later remanded to the Webb County Jail and held pending Magistration. All evidence recovered at the scene was photographed and stored at the Laredo Police property room.
