Man Arrested for Owing $43,000 in Fines to Municipal Court

This morning the Laredo Police Department’s warrant division arrested 27 year old Isaac Villarreal Jr. for having 133 outstanding warrants of arrest. The combined owed on citations, since he was 10 years old, totals $43,219.50. He was picked at his home and taken to Webb County Jail in lieu of the total owed. The Laredo Police Department recommends to anyone that if they owe money to Municipal Court that they make financial arrangements with the Municipal Court Judge.
