Jay St. John to Cover Election 2010

Courtesy Jay St. John,

Radio1550We are very excited to announce a new two hour un-bias community action talk radio morning program, hosted by Jay St. John, that will air beginning November 30th on 1550am. The program is public access, candidate friendly, and dedicated to the prosperity of our community. This new talk radio program will incorporate a candidate blog site and instant e-mail, which all together will allow both the voters and candidates an interacting forum in which to talk about the issues facing our community, thus understanding the candidates intentions and sincerity.

Our interaction with many citizens and recent one hour pilot program demonstrates that Laredoans are fed up with business as usual – they want their concerns to be known and they want to know the candidates up close and personal. Without this type of media, Laredoans will have no way of  knowing anything about the candidates running for office other than rehearsed (caned) stand-up timed debates.

Jay is now in the process of  looking for public support.  Jay is a one-man operation who leases radio time from RadioRama across the river in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, for a daily morning show that demands that city officials are accountable. If you are interested and want this venture, you can donate as little as one dollar a month. Jay understands times are tough and he appreciates whatever you can do to support this noble cause.
