Sheriff Martin Cuellar Presents Recognition Plaque to Nuevo Laredo Mayor

Laredo, Texas - On Tuesday September 8, 2009, Sheriff Martin Cuellar presented a recognition plaque to Nuevo Laredo Mayor, Ing. Ramon Garza Barrios.

The plaque was presented for his assistance and cooperation in the capture of a fugitive. Sheriff Cuellar thanked Mayor Garza Barrios for his goodwill and continuous effort to assist the Webb County Sheriff’s Office with any international efforts.
