Missing Person Report

On Tuesday Sept. 22, 2009 Laredo Police Patrol Officers responded to 3902 Barcelona on a runaway report. The report was filed and a lookout was placed on a 12yr old hispanic female who was later identified as Karla Victoria Yrigoyen-Rivas d.o.b. 8/28/97 Ht.5’00, Wt.100lbs, Blk curly hair, Bro eyes, light complexion, was last seen at 8:30am on 9/22/09 wearing a white blouse, blue jeans, black sandals.
Possibly in the company of a person of interest, a 28yr old Hispanic male five foot six, two hundred pounds last seen wearing a blue muscle shirt, blue jeans and yellow workboots by the name of Jose Angel Cruz (a.k.a. Giovanni) A local Amber Alert was issued at 12:55pm. The case is being investigated as a Missing Person by Laredo Police Department’s J.E.T. Division.
