Courtesy Raul Leal, LAREDO (September 12, 2009) – Child passenger safety (CPS) seat inspections were conducted today at the Texas Department of Transportation Laredo district facility on Loop 20. The purpose of the event was to perform safety inspections on child safety seats and to instruct parents how to properly install child car passenger seats.
