Judge Danny Valdez To File Proposed 2009-2010 Budget

After many meetings and countless hours of work in the past few months, Webb County Judge Danny Valdez will be filing the proposed 2009-2010 Webb County Budget at the Webb County Clerk’s Office on Friday, July 31. The Judge will present the proposed budget to Webb County Clerk Margie Ramirez Ibarra.
“Due to the current economic situation affecting everyone in the country, we faced many obstacles in trying to balance the proposed budget but we were able to tighten our belts to make it balance,” Judge Valdez said. “I want to thank the Commissioners Court and all department heads for working with us on the budget.”
