HONORABLE WEBB COUNTY COMMISSIONER FRANK SCIARAFFA PRESENTS $1,500 CHECK TO THE CIGARROA HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT
The Honorable Commissioner Pct.1 Frank Sciarrafa is seen here pictured with another County Representative handing a $1,500 check to the Cigarroa High School Girls Athletic Deptartment which will be used to fund part of the cost for a new trophy case that will be displayed in the gymnasium this check will be used with another check that will be presented by LISD School District Trustee Jose Perez.
The Cigarroa High School Trophy Display Case is one step closer to becoming reality as the Honorable Webb County Commissioner accompanied by another County Representative presented a check today to be used to help fund the construction of the trophy display. The display will be big enough to display trophys that have been earned by the Toro Athletic Dept. in its 25 year history. The check was presented as a result of an a county issue that was pushed by The Honorable Commissioner two weeks ago the issue was presented before the county court. When the issue was raised for vote it was quickly second by the Honorable Commissioner Rosaura “Wawi” Tijerina which quickly led to a unanimous vote for approval. The Honorable Commissioner Frank Sciaraffa is a 1991 Graduate of Cigarroa High School having participated in the Varsity Football Team. A second check presentation will be made at a later date by LISD Trustee Jose Perez for more information on how to help with a donation please contact Coach Irma De La Cruz at the Cigarroa High School Athletics Department.

Frank is nothing the comments that all of you haters publish!!!!!! All of you just talk out of envy because he has accomplish more then any of you have. Don’t just talk stupidity and start doing something for your community. I would like to see one of you denate half of the time that Frank has donated to our community or half of the money. Which ever is easier and faster to do. So stop offending people and start helping!!!!!!
Frank classmate ask your buddy about the sexual allegations that are rumored about him turns out the commissioner has been abusing his power for sexual favors from his employees and to make matters worse it was during working hours and on county property. These allegations don’t seem to be about envy. The fat lady is about to sing on Sciaraffa’s lap.
Frank Sciaraffa has done absolutely nothing for Laredo or the South. He is just a bully that forces his employees to either sell or buy tickets for his dances. What is Frank using the money from the dances for? To satisfy his gamling habits? He is a deadbeat and has only served himself. Frank needs to go out. Frank could not even hold a real job. He was fired from UISD. Was it because he was too stupid to teach since he only has a high school diploma or did he go after the little girls? To Frank’s Classmate. You must either be brain dead or just plain stupid. Frank has and will donate nothing from his pocket. Frank’s donations come from other people. Frank has donated nothing including time. Frank takes in $90,000 a year and does not even jhustify a tenth of that. Frank spends his time with his palomita business, gambling or chasing after his girlfriend Candy Villarreal. So classmate it is not about envy but about wanting a worthless piece of crap to earn a minimum amount of the salary he is “given”.
