Month Long Exhibit Features Local Artist

Rodriguez, an internationally-acclaimed local artist. Rodriguez was born and raised in Laredo, Texas. She is the daughter of Oscar and Gloria Rodriguez and is married to James L. Humphries. She began her education in drawing and painting at the University of Houston where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and went on to receive her Master of Sciences in Art (MS) at Texas A&M University at Kingsville. ALICIA RUIZ COYOTES 2009 BOYS & GIRLS CLUB CHAMPIONS RECOGNIZED FOR CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON

The Alicia Ruiz Coyotes Girls Basketball Team was recognized today by Coach Ponce for their 2009 Championship run. The Coyotes faced opposing teams from other local UISD Elementary Schools. They finished the season 3-1-1 with two playoff wins.

BRONCOS TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE ON WEDNESDAY AT LIMASOL

May 26, 2009-Laredo, TX- The Laredo Broncos of the United League announce that they will be holding a press conference on Wednesday May 27th to announce a new player signing.

BRONCOS TO HOLD LOCAL TRYOUTS FOR 2009 SEASON

May 25, 2009-Laredo, TX- Laredo Broncos General Manager Jose Melendez, has announced that local tryouts for the team will be held at Veterans Field on Saturday, May 30th starting at 10 am.
There is a no fee to participate in the tryout. “We are looking for talented individuals that have exhausted all their college eligibility and have great attitudes,” Melendez mentioned.
Players are to report to Veterans Field at 9 am for registration. All participants are to provide their career statistics and must supply their own equipment. The players will …
